Survey

The VSA Suite’s Survey application allows customers to collect market research information from callers. The survey can be added to the end of a call flow, or run as a stand alone application. Customers can specify the number and type of questions which are asked of the caller. Examples include “Yes / No” and Likert Scale questions. Free form questions asking, for example, “Do you have any further comments?” are also supported. The automated nature of the VSA Survey application means that callers are more likely to provide an
honest response, whilst valuable feedback can be collected in a cost effective manner.
