The VSA Suite’s Scheduler application allows customers to listen to a date and time for a proposed event, and potentially change it. This might, for example, be a proposed delivery date and time for goods ordered from a retailer. If this proposal is not acceptable, the caller can provide their own preferences in terms of day of week and time of day. The VSA application will then return an alternative date and time which most closely matched the request from the caller. The caller has the option of accepting the revised appointment, or requesting an alternative.
