Router
The VSA Suite’s Router application provides call routing functionality by asking the caller a series of questions. Router can be configured by the customer to ask the most relevant questions, and, based on the answer, route the call to the most appropriate destination.
The next destination may be a follow up question in Router, a different Fluency application, or a Call Center agent. By filtering the calls in this manner, Router ensures that the caller reaches their desired destination in the minimum amount of time.
