The VSA Suite’s Payment Capture application facilitates the fast and accurate capture of a caller’s debit or credit card payment details. The application asks the caller for the payment amount and details of their credit or debit card. The card details are then verified against an external database; if any problems are encountered, feedback is provided back to the caller who is given an option to correct their details. The payment is then submitted via a payment gateway, and a transaction reference number provided to the caller.
