The VSA Suite’s Order Status application allows callers to check the status of an order.
Order Status is normally used in conjunction with Fluency’s IDVS application, which is used to identify the order. Once the order has been successfully identified, Order Status reads back the current status, which might be the date that the order was delivered, or the planned date for either shipping or delivery. There is a further option to integrate data from the company delivering the order, which might include the name of the carrier and a tracking number.
