Meter Reading
The VSA Suite’s Meter Reading application allows customers to capture a Meter Reading from their callers. The application supports readings for Gas, Electricity and Water meters. Once a caller has provided their Account or Customer Reference Number (using the Fluency IDVS application), they are asked which Meter they would like to provide a reading for. They are then asked for the reading itself, the date of the reading, and the reason for the reading being submitted. The Fluency application confirms the details back to the caller, before writing the information to the database for subsequent use by the customer.
Callers are then given the option of providing a reading for an additional meter.
