Management Console

The hub of the VSA Suite is the Management Console, which provides configuration and management of all VSA speech applications and underlying components. The VSA Management Console offers powerful system management, administration, and analysis capabilities designed to address the specific requirements of speech driven applications and services. VSA Suite administrators and operators can efficiently create, copy and configure, manage, and maintain all aspects of their speech application to ensure high service availability.

Typical Implementation

The VSA Management Console is included as a standard part of all On-Premise deployments. The four main components of the Management Console are:

  • System Management, including system control, monitoring and diagnosis, and password management.
  • Reporting: The ability to view and download reports, and create / edit report queries. Reports can be used to quickly analyze performance, and track the path taken by each caller.
  • Data Management: The ability to upload the data needed to run particular applications, and also download information captured by specific applications.
  • Application Configuration: The ability to create and configure instances of each of the applications within the VSA Suite.
