Locator
The VSA Suite’s Locator application allows customers to provide useful information to callers based on their input of a location. Callers speak their location, and Locator returns appropriate information such as address, hours of operation, driving directions, phone numbers and nearby businesses. This allows callers to receive necessary information quickly without having to speak to a live agent.
