Contact Capture
The VSA Suite’s Contact Capture application allows customers to collect the full name, address and phone number of their callers. Callers speak their postal code or zip code and some fragments of their address. Contact Capture then uses industry leading address matching software to validate this address, and confirms the details back to the caller. The application then collects the caller’s first and last name using data that covers in excess of 90% of the population. Customers can then export the information collected by the application for subsequent use.
