Claim Status
The VSA Suite’s Claim Status application allows callers to check the status of a particular insurance claim. Callers are initially asked for their Claim Number, which is verified by the Fluency IDVS application. In the event of any problems verifying the claim number, callers can be routed to a Call Centre agent for further assistance. The VSA application then advises the status of the particular claim. The options are claim paid, claim received, claim denied or claim adjusted. The customer then has a further option to read back additional information relating to that particular claim.
