The Fluency VSA suite comprises a number of packaged applications which our customers use in their call centers to create the solutions they need. There are 12 packaged applications in all. See below to view and download details on each.

- Provides call routing functionality by asking the caller a series of questions.
- Order Status
- Enables callers to check the status of an order.
- IDVS
- Allows customers to accurately identify and verify their callers
- Inventory Check
- Enables callers to check the availability of a particular item.
- Contact Capture
- Enables customers to collect the full name, address and phone number of their callers.
- Scheduler
- Allows customers to listen to a date and time for a proposed event.
- Payment Capture
- Facilitates the fast and accurate capture of a caller’s debit or credit card payment details.
- Survey
- Allows customers to collect market research information from callers.
- Locator
- Allows customers to provide useful information to callers based on their input of a location.
- Claim Status
- Allows callers to check the status of a particular insurance claim.
- Meter Reading
- Allows customers to capture a Meter Reading from their callers.
- Direct Debit
- Collects the information necessary to set up a Direct Debit.
