VSA Introduction
Larry, (the character in our product animation movie above), uses a number of Fluency’s VSA packaged applications in his call center to create the solutions he needs. There are more than 12 VSA packaged applications in all.
Larry uses the IDVS (Identification Verification & Status) application to check the customer’s account code with the company’s secure customer database to ensure all security checks were used. After this he uses a combination of applications such as Claim Status, Order Status, Payment Capture and Direct Debit to handle all of the simple call center tasks and route to the correct agent. Larry uses the Router application, for more complex and interesting customer requests. These are just some of the packaged applications available as part of Fluency’s VSA suite.
Underpinning the suite of packaged applications is the Fluency Management Console. This allows Larry to configure his applications with ease. He can experiment with service improvements whenever he gets a new idea, or as the business changes, without incurring a whole lot of hassle and cost.
