Fluency Voice Technology to demonstrate the Virtual Speech Agent (VSA) Suite at G-Force Las Vegas 2006

18th May 2006

New York , UK – May 18th, 2006 - Fluency Voice Technology, (www.fluencyvoice.com) the speech recognition application company, today announced that its Virtual Speech Agent (VSA) Suite™ will be demonstrated at this year’s G-Force.  G-Force 2006 invites Genesys (a wholly owed subsidiary of Alcatel) users and partners to network while learning about new and innovative approaches to optimizing call centers.  This year’s event is to be held at the Mirage Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas from May 22-24, 2006. Fluency, an expo sponsor of G-Force and a Genesys Interworks partner, will demonstrate the VSA Suite both on its booth as well as in the G-Force Voice Idol 2006 competition. Genesys’ Voice Idol brings together open-standards speech application partners to compete in different industry and technical categories.  Winners will be announced at the conference.

Fluency’s VSA Suite offers a selection of speech applications that enable companies to not only automate their call center workflows, but also to change and maintain the system internally. Using open-standards and component-based technology, the VSA Suite enables companies to deploy speech recognition investment rapidly, flexibly and at a low cost.

Genesys’ customers can now utilise Fluency’s VSA Suite to further enhance customer self-service offerings allowing enterprises to deliver sophisticated speech-enabled applications at a lower cost. As a result, customers can multiply the value from their existing investment in Genesys GVP and CTI products with existing call routing capabilities.

Free Speech Feasibility Workshop for G-Force Attendees

G-Force attendees are invited to visit Fluency’s booth to learn more about Fluency’s VSA Suite and to sign up for a free Speech Feasibility Workshop.

As part of the free workshops, Fluency analysts work with call center management teams to help assess the best way forward for the businesses. The workshop will help call center executives understand the potential business impact of speech-enabled customer self-service. Sessions will focus on what speech applications make sense for the business and for the customers; how to plan an effective roll-out strategy; and business case/ROI modelling for investment in speech technology.
