Boston, USA – September 11th, 2006 – Fluency Voice Technology, (www.fluencyvoice.com) the speech recognition application company, today announced that it will be exhibiting at the ACCE Annual Call Center Exhibition 2006 to be held from September 11-13, 2006 at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center in Seattle. ACCE brings together the global contact center community to learn from experts and share experiences with peers.

Fluency will demonstrate the latest release of its packaged speech application, the Virtual Speech Agent (VSA) Suite 4.0™, a selection of applications enabling companies to automate their call center workflows as well as to change and maintain the system internally.
