Fluency Voice Announces Another Strategic Appointment Supporting Continued Growth in the Americas

Boston, MA – April 3rd, 2007 - Fluency Voice Technology, (www.fluencyvoice.com), the speech recognition company, today announced the appointment of Mark Bush to Director of Alliances. Mark will be responsible for forging and nurturing new and existing alliances and growing channel sales to expand the reach of Fluency’s packaged speech recognition offerings for call centers in the Americas region. He will be based at the company’s U.S. headquarters in Boston, and will be reporting directly to Sam Waicberg, VP of Fluency Americas, Sales and Marketing. 

Mark brings to Fluency over 12 years of business development and strategic alliance management experience.  As the Director of Alliances for Fluency Mark will play an integral role in helping to ensure the company’s growth through key alliances with many of the leading speech platform providers such as IBM, Genesys and Avaya.  Mark will also build channel sales and head up partner training.

Previous to Fluency, Mark held the position of Sr. Director of Alliances for Nextance Inc. where he successfully pioneered a formal channel program.  Marks spent six years at Genesys Telecommunications Labs where he was Director of North American Alliances establishing relationships with a number of key Genesys partners. Prior to Genesys, Mark spent five years with Systems Solutions Group, a private integration company in San Francisco where he held various roles in sales and business development.
