Boston, MA – October 23rd  , 2007 – Fluency Voice Technology, (www.fluencyvoice.com) the packaged speech recognition company, today announced a strategic partnership with Message Technologies, Inc.(MTI), a leading provider of hosting services for business-critical speech applications, to provide North American customers with hosted speech recognition solutions.

As the leading UK provider of packaged speech recognition applications, Fluency has hundreds of customers utilizing both on-premise and hosted solutions. The decision to expand its hosted offering to North American customers follows both the success of the hosted deployments in the UK and the growing trend of software on-demand throughout the world.  Companies are foregoing the large and costly internal deployments to take advantage of reduced capital costs, decreased time-to-market and improved application performance provided by hosted solutions.
