Fluency Customer, Travelodge, to Present Speech Deployment Success at Call Centre Expo

London, UK – September 28th, 2006 - Fluency Voice Technology, (www.fluencyvoice.com) the speech recognition application company, has today announced that its customer, Travelodge, will deliver a conference presentation jointly with Fluency’s Customer Services Manager, Caroline Leathem at Call Centre Expo 2006 to be held from 3rd – 4th October 2006 at the Birmingham NEC.
The Travelodge presentation entitled ‘Expanding customer choices: From Web To Speech-Enabled Self-Service’ will cover the company’s deployment success and results with speech applications from Fluency’s Virtual Speech Agent (VSA) Suite™.
Call Centre Expo features consultancies, research bodies, and a wide selection of case studies to enable businesses to stay on track with the latest technology and strategies for delivering the utmost in call centre customer service. Attendees can attend the Travelodge presentation in the Technology theatre on Tuesday 3rd October at 11.00 am.
